Gai Malishkevitz

CEO
Gai’s management approach is based on principals embedded in him back when he was a young basketball player, combining both personal and group sense of competitiveness, emphasizing enjoyment from the journey. This approach is in many regards the day-to-day reality in StoreNext, in which exceptionally talented and competitive people express themselves, and as a team, create a whole bigger than the sum of its parts. Prior to being appointed as CEO of StoreNext, Gai worked at the Central Beverage Company, in which he fulfilled many roles , upto his last position as VP of the Group’s Sales Company. Gai studied Industrial Management Engineering in Ben Gurion University coupled with an MBA. He is gifted with a playmaker game outlook, excellent command of the ball, and is seriously engaged in planning participation in a Marathon.
Felix Shendelzon

CFO and VP of Financial Innovation
Felix is an experienced CFO, responsible for all the group’s financial activities as well as the business line of new technological financial products. Felix is also an active board member of StoreNext subsidiaries. Felix maintains an exceptional perception in the world of finance and integrates a responsible, precise view of traditional financials and compliance with an out of the box approach to technological innovation. Felix’s business strategy has given rise to StoreNext’s engagement in M&As. He has successfully led both M&As and investments in start-ups.
Prior to joining StoreNext, Felix performed a series of high ranking positions in the finance arena, including a Controller at Actelis Networks hi-tech company and Audit positions at PwC and E&Y. Felix holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, from Ben Gurion University, and a CPA(Isr.) Certification from the Israeli Accountants Council.
The same ambition and drive that Felix brings to chasing professional achievements, motivates him to run marathons at every opportunity.

Asher Iris

VP Data & Analysis
Asher has a special fondness for the challenges he faces with a positive attitude that emphasizes the enjoyment of the trip no less than the satisfaction of achieving the destination.
With three years as an analyst at StoreNext and another 3 years as research director, Asher developed expertise in the consumer goods industry, enabling him to lead the information services department to the next era.
Asher holds a bachelor's degree in management with honors from Ben Gurion University, and an ever-increasing collection of biographies and history books.

Gal Pachter

VP Operations
Gal's outlook of the world integrates un-compromising professionalism and commitment with service approach and courtesy, practiced towards the company’s staff and its customers. Naturally, Gal had accepted responsibility for StoreNext’s Customer Service and Support operations, alongside the Project Management operation and systems definition. Gal’s endowment includes extensive knowledge of managing complex operational arrays, which he acquired among others as an IT Systems Manager at Tara and as Planning and Control Manager in the Central Beverage Company. Gal holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Tel Aviv University, an MBA from Ben Gurion University and a pair of monstrous terrain bike, which keep him company on Saturdays.
Ifat Navon

VP of Human Resources
Ifat believes that the key to personal and professional development begins in self awareness, which in turn leads to making better choices and self actualization. This belief accompanied Ifat through years of acting as the VP of Human Resources of StoreNext, and makes her look back in pride on the human capital and the unique atmosphere of the company. Prior to joining StoreNext, Ifat worked as a Recruitment Manager at Retalix and as professional HR Diagnostic at Rom-Pilat Institute. Ifat holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University, an MA in Labor Studies from Ben-Gurion University, Certified as Coacher and has a keen eye for emotional situations, which she captures with her camera any free moment she has.
Gad Shaked

CTO
Gad has a different way of thinking, one that always challenges the “impossible” and finds simple solutions to complex problems. This is the approach that guided him during the process of establishing the infrastructures and managing StoreNext’s Technological array. Prior to this position, Gad filled a series of roles in Data Security and management of IT Systems as Infrastructure Integration Specialist on behalf of PwC and Comsec, and as a lecturer of Information Security at John Bryce College. Gadl has extensive experience spanning over more than 17 years in technology. A sharpened pencil to solve crossword puzzles and the title of “Golden Hand” at basketball since the fifth grade.
